Binu Das the Physiotherapist is very professional, helpful and explains all exercises in detail. Falguni the Physiotherapist assistant is also very helpful. The staff is very cooperative. Today was my 3rd Physiotherapy session at Sunnyside Wellness after my knee replacement surgery and I'm happy with the service at this centre.

Great Experience with Binu Dass n his staff for my 1st Physiotherapy of knee n spinal problems.He was really a indispensable n versatile professional as well as a wonderful human being who made me very comfortable during all excececises. He is very friendly,soft spoken n caring who explaned everything in details regarding pain management n regular excececises.I think he is not only a Physiotherapist but he is a amazing psychologist n Best health counselor. I had a great experience here. Binu and Indy were kind, professional and made me feel completely at ease which is important as we all feel nervous starting physio. I looked forward to my appointments as there was so much positivity as soon as i walked through the door. All the wonderful people who work there were so helpful. Binu always listened to my questions and took the time to answer. Everyone was very encouraging and offering kind words as progress was made. Not sorry to be done physio, but miss their faces. Highly recommended by me!

I brought my mom here for her appointment. While we waited, we were disgusted by the way the physiotherapist spoke to his staff. Very rude and condescending. It didn’t leave a good impression and made the wait quite uncomfortable. My mother was happy with her care but said her appointment was interrupted by two separate phone calls. All of the support staff were very helpful- a gentleman helped us with paperwork and the front desk lady was very welcoming and accommodated our (difficult) schedule when booking my moms next appointments.

I came to the physiotherapy office with my wife few times after her knee surgery, first appointment was OK and on time, but the second & third we came on time as per scheduled appointment but then we were just siting there for almost 1/2 hr before anybody paid any attention to us. Additionally the therapist acted highly inappropriately by suggesting to my wife that if she is not following his instructions exactly she could be screaming when he will readjust her knee like some of his patients which were even heard in the lobby around the corner...
