If you want your gel x to have natural finish, don’t get them done here. Got my nails done day before yesterday, didn’t like them because they are not flat at all; it’s like they’re tilting from the root, got them redone the next day to get the same results. Such a waste of time and money. Never going back there.

I am giving 2 stars because of 2 reasons. This cheese grater looking foot file is not considered as SAFE and supported among a lot of technicians… since it’s hard to fully remove the debris from the skin on the file and sanitize them for a next customer:( Even in the states, this tool is considered as an illegal to use it at a salon. I know this is not the states, but I was disappointed that at this salon, they use this tool only and no alternatives are there when i asked them. Also I got a basic clear top coat and no colors. The lady asked me to wait for 2 min, and told me it’s dry and ready to wear socks, and good to go. This was 30 min ago. Now I just took off my socks and I see this… it was not fully done and my top coat now has bunch of fuzzy things stuck to it… both of my feet!!! Other than that, it’s clean and the nail lady was nice. It hurts me giving low star review but I hope the salon changes the tool for future, and I hope I hear a quick reply from them about my nails:( -edit after the second visit for the fixing- The manager knew about my first review, but I had to explain my concerns again. He seemed pretty unhappy with my two-star rating, and mentioned about it couple times which made me wonder if my review was wrong. He offered me a $5 refund for the top coat issue or a full reapplication, and I chose the second option. He also asked me to update my review with better star ratings. I've shared photos and captions of the results and processes below. Overall, the outcome is great, but I wish they’d done it right the first time. The first visit didn’t have a drying machine, and the technician told me to wait 2 minutes for the top coat to dry. Today, the manager said I should wait at least 45 minutes to an hour instead. I’ve been to this nail salon before for a gel pedicure and had no complaints—I tipped well because they did a great job. I hope they keep delivering that quality consistently. If they get low reviews from customers, they should respond or try to fix the issue rather than showing frustration when a customer comes back to resolve it.

Love love love this place!! Get my nails done with Tony and he is an Absolute nail master!! He is so gentle, pays great attention to detail and is very thorough in everything he does. You can feel his genuine care with every motion of the filling, polishing, filling. I highly recommend this place, prices are great, service is top notch and they take good care of you!

I would give 6 stars if I could. Out of the on and off years of getting my nails done, I have never been more satisfied than I have the 2 times I have booked with Aaron. He's gentle, easy to talk to, kind, takes great pride in his work, and his art skills are phenomenal! I showed a photo of what designs I was wanting to get done yesterday, and he did a better job than the photo! Very friendly staff and relaxing environment; I have finally found my most favorite shop and nail tech.

I am very happy and very satisfied with their service. I had a full set and a pedicure and it was amazing! The lady who did my full set was “My” and she did an amazing job. She’s really nice and made sure that I liked the shape, length, and color of my nails. Very professional. I couldn’t be more happy! I really love my nails, even my husband was impressed! Will surely come back.
