My roof had a leak on a poorly installed valley. I called Absolute Roofing and spoke with Daniel. He was pleasant and quick to respond. They sent Will out to inspect the roof and he identified the issues and came up with a plan and estimate. The cost was reasonable. When the rain finally stopped Kizi came and did the work. She almost finished a day ahead of schedule. The work was beautifully done and even to my untrained eye it looked way better than before. The work was all done according to plan and as quoted with no extra unexpected costs. It has since rained heavily and no leaks. Excellent experience with Absolute Roofing in all aspects.

I recently noticed a bulge on my ceiling that looked like possible water damage and was worried there might be a roof leak. I called to request an inspection of both the roof and attic, and from the very first interaction, the experience was excellent. The person who answered the phone was friendly, listened carefully to my concerns, and was able to schedule an appointment the very same day. I also appreciated receiving an upfront estimate before any work began. Will and his assistant arrived right on time and were both professional and courteous. They took great care inside the house, making sure carpets stayed clean and placing rags before entering the attic. They thoroughly inspected the attic, took photos, and clearly explained their findings. Thankfully, there was no issue with the roof, which was very reassuring. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond the scope of the roof inspection. Instead of stopping there, they investigated further and discovered the true source of the moisture — an HVAC pipe that wasn’t properly sealed to the diffuser. They could have simply said the roof was fine and left it at that, but they took the extra step to find the real cause. I was extremely impressed with their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company!

Got my roof replaced last week. I was a little nervous as this was the first major update I have done on my home and I was worried it would be complicated and disruptive. But I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick the process was. David was professional, efficient and quick to respond to my messages and provided excellent communication throughout the job. The bulk of the work was done in just 2 days and I am very happy with the final results. Thank you again to the team that worked on my home!

Kizi Melo (an Absolute Roof Solutions technican) restored 2 decks, both getting older and weathered, in our Kitsilano duplex. She provided excellent service, very competent workmanship, detailed in ensuring that all torchon membranes were fully restored. The decks look new again, and I'll sleep better knowing the roof decks are well maintained.
