I used this company because I had a drip coming into my house from a skylight. The initial service was good, and they sent someone over right away. They told me the skylights needed replacing, took a 50% deposit, and then ZERO communication. No phone calls, no updates, no text messages! My wife and I combined reached out probably a dozen times, and they kept putting us off. When they did give us a date, they never showed up. The back-and-forth went on for 3-4 weeks until, after many, many phone calls, they finally came out and replaced the skylights. Now, even though they have replaced the skylights, I have the same drip, from the same spot, coming into my house. I messaged them to let them know, as I assume it's under warranty, but you guessed it! NO REPLY!. Do not use this company!

Would not recommend. Guy never shows up when he says he will(3 seperate occasions), and rarely replies to messages. Took them 2 weeks longer than what I was told meanwhile leaving all the supplies sitting in my front yard. Also, I was supposed to have a bathroom vent gooseneck and piping installed, wich they never. And to top it off they cut off my vertical plumbing vent stack and replaced it with a gooseneck(the one that they should have use for bathroom vent that I didn't get), wich sounds like it may cause trouble after talking to plumber and other roofing contractor.

Did not have service done, but guy drive his work truck wat too fast and dangerously. Cutting people like racer and it tells me I don't want any service from him.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Gary, Colleen & team were super friendly, responsive, and great to communicate with. They did a great job on the shingles and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend—10/10!

Wow — we are stunned by our experience! Tue Night — I call to ask for a roof quote. Wed Morning — Gary is on site getting measurements. Thu Morning — Quick Quote received. deposit Paid. Shingle Colour selected. Thu Afternoon — Shingles and supplies dropped off. Fri Morning — Crew arrives. Sat Afternoon — Roof finished. Yard cleaned. Glorious new roof finished. Gary was so knowledgeable, and shared his knowledge freely. I learned about Hail Mitigation and how it works (Planes? Paid for by insurance Companies? Who knew?!?); why you shouldn’t put a metal roof on a house that had shingles; and more. Incredible!
