I've been to many different dental offices and Able is by far the best priced and most professional. The staff are genuinely nice, competent and seem happy to be there. I never feel pressured into services I don't want or need and they're above board about pricing and necessity. The building is clean and has plenty of parking out front and across the street which is a plus.

Botched Masseter Botox - 0 stars
I’m sharing this to warn anyone considering this clinic for masseter Botox. I visited Dr. Snow hoping to treat my jaw clenching and achieve some facial slimming. During the consultation, I explicitly disclosed my medical history, including a double jaw surgery in 2022. He relied solely on a visual assessment. He was extremely confident, recommending 50 units per side to see results. While he briefly mentioned that Botox can sometimes affect the smile of patients with very wide mouths, he dismissed this risk for me after asking me to smile, reassuring me that my mouth wasn't wide enough for it to be a concern.
Trusting his confidence, I moved forward. He had me smile, marked a few quick dots on my face, and performed the injections. The total cost was $700: $350 for the Dysport and a $350 injection fee for Dr. Snow.
The Outcome
Two weeks later, my smile completely vanished. I am unable to widen my mouth at all. I returned for a follow-up in complete disbelief and visibly upset. Dr. Snow’s demeanour had shifted; he simply stated that this was a known risk and offered no real solution. He informed me the effects would likely last up to 6 months, meaning I would only get maybe one month of "correct" results after the Botox wears off.
Having already gone through the long recovery of double jaw surgery, losing my smile for half a year is devastating. When I laugh, I look disgusted. My family tells me they can see the joy in my eyes, but it doesn't reach the rest of my face. I no longer recognize myself.
Poor Communication and Follow-up
After my follow-up, I was in tears. The nurse kindly stepped in to console me and suggested I speak with the treatment coordinator after I got nothing from Dr. Snow. Lisa was initially empathetic and promised to follow up with me shortly. However, what followed was days of silence.
I had to initiate every point of contact. We played a brief game of phone tag, but even after I left a voicemail stating I was free for the entire rest of the day and the next day after 9am, I received no response. It wasn't until I left a second, more frustrated voicemail (a couple days later to give her time to respond to my initial voicemail) that I finally heard back.
Resolution:
Lisa informed me they would offer a $200 refund. This doesn't even cover the doctor’s injection fee. While I understand paying for the product used, I find it unacceptable that the clinic retains the majority of the labor fee for a procedure that was performed without proper diagnostic care and resulted in a deformity. Also during the final call with Lisa, I was upset saying I won’t have a smile for 7 months, she laughed and said botox is temporary and it’ll only be 3-6 months, making my concerns feel not heard and that my feelings weren’t valid, sorry I said 7 months instead of 6?
The situation was handled horribly, I would warn who goes to this clinic to go forward with extreme caution and look at other options if possible.

Doctor Still and his assistant were very accommodating. Knowing I have high anxiety, they made sure to tell me every step they were taking before it was taken. Constantly checking in to make sure that I wasn't in pain or uncomfortable and was very clear about my treatment plan. They were very good at taking my concerns into consideration. Thank you for the work. It feels good to not be in pain anymore.

Highly recommend Able dental! I have such anxiety surrounding my dental condition- a long history of not caring for my oral health as I needed to and avoiding the dentist. Able dental has never made me feel embarrassed and each interaction has always been kind and helpful. Dr. Anderson explains the work that needs to be done clearly and helps prioritize issues to work within a budget.
Above that, I had the most amazing experience today at my cleaning that I’ve ever had in a dental setting. Dental hygienist Darci (spelling? Sorry!) was incredible. She was SO kind, reassuring, and educated me without making me feel even an ounce of shame or embarrassment. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand and prioritize my future dental care. 10/10! People like Darci are live savers for clients that feel worried or embarrassed about their oral hygiene. ☺️
