I was hesitant coming in to see a chiropractor, because I had this irrational anxiety of being "cracked like a glowstick" and getting hurt even worse. But I gave in when I had torticollis as I was in so much pain and he helped me through it. And ever since I've been coming back even just a basic adjustment or sciatic pain that doesn't go away with stretching. But Dr.Sheppard is absolutely wonderful, compassionate and professional and works with weenies like me, so with that being said, I highly recommend him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I highly recommend doctor Aaron and doctor Christine, who have both helped me with my back, shoulder and neck pain. Their staff is also extremely friendly.

Aaron (Dr. Puhl) is an old friend of mine. He was extremely attentive, patient, understanding, informative, supportive, and kind when I visited him for an upper cervical assessment. Even though the treatment that he recommended wasn’t a personal fit, he did everything he could to help me.

I've been going to able body health clinic for the last few years. Whether it be for chiropractic needs, massage or physiotherapy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. They will do whatever they can to get you in right away and work around your schedule. For the last few weeks I've been going to physiotherapy with Arun for vestibular rehabilitation, after one visit my condition was better and after only a couple more sessions. My bppv had completely settled down. Thank you Arun for your dedication and help getting me back to work as soon as possible. I strongly recommend this establishment to anyone who is in need.
