Abilities is such an amazing place for kids! Grace helped my son gain stronger coordination and gross motor and core strength, which has made him a happy and more confident child. I appreciated how thorough she was and how she helped me understand how his difficulties were related to his ADHD. She was so kind, patient, and validating, and a great motivator (not an easy task). We are so grateful to Grace and Abilities for everything.

Emily is always amazing with my child ! Very engaging to his interests and adds them to session. She is also very approachable and friendly . 😀

It's awesome working with Justine and abilities. She's awesome to talk to, work with and is very understanding. Personal I've noticed my memory has gotten way better from where I was and started and my friends and family would say the same. Short term memory has been a real struggle for me but I'm now more aware of things and processing them faster. From where I was forgetting the time every 10 minutes to now remembering groceries, paying phone bills speaking and just better concentration has not only helped me but also my mental health to.

My child has been coming to Abilities for years for multiple services (SLP OT & PT) and it has been the most wonderful experience with every provider we have had. The work they have done with my child has been life changing not only for my son but for myself. The staff they have is always kind, understanding and genuinely cares about their clients well being. They have always explained things in a way that is easily understood, worked with me, took the time to listen and take my concerns for my child seriously and helped show me how to help my child independently too. I recommend abilities to everyone and anyone that is in need of their services (they also take on adult clients, not just kids). I love this place.

Abilities has been an amazing place for physio therapy for my son. Grace is a truly gifted therapist. My son can be very tough to motivate but she's done an incredible job of finding toys and activities he loves in order to get him to move his body and we have seen tremendous improvement in so many ways! She reads his cues so well, is respectful of him and is warm and accommodating to my little toddler that tags along. I cannot say enough positive things about abilities and Grace the PT!
