I have been a patient at this clinic for many years, and they have taken care of all my dental needs, from standard cleanings to filling work. I really appreciate their consistency and professionalism. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they do a great job explaining the procedures. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for long-term dental care

I am writing this review about a young female dental assistant at this clinic. My four-year-old child does not yet know how to properly use the saliva suction tube. During the appointment, he accidentally spit onto the dental bib. One side of the bib is waterproof and the other side is not, so it became wet and uncomfortable for him. I politely asked the dental assistant to replace the bib for my child. She refused. I asked again, and she still refused. Only after I formally requested the dentist for the third time was the bib finally replaced. I even said I was willing to pay for the cost of the bib if necessary. Her attitude throughout was extremely mean and unprofessional. Because of this experience, we decided not to continue treatment and went to speak with the front desk. At that point, the assistant suddenly rushed out and began yelling at me loudly in the clinic. I calmly told her I did not wish to speak with her, but she continued shouting and even said “Who you are!” and falsely accused me of saying she abused my child. I never made such an accusation. I simply asked for a clean bib for my child. I have been a patient at this clinic for over ten years and this is the first time I have encountered such shocking and unprofessional behavior. Being loudly confronted and falsely accused in public was unacceptable. This review is specifically about that assistant.

So I went to Aberdeen Dental for a check up and to my surprise, I was greeted with very friendly people at the front desk. In all honesty, I received great service—although there may be some waiting time (that's to be anticipated). I also received a pretty fine service by Dr. Kwong who cautiously and patiently cleaned my teeth. The office overall is very tidy, clean. All staff members provided thorough instruction with positive attitudes. I'd recommend this place to newcomers or anyone looking to switch over to another dentist.

I have been coming to Aberdeen Dental for several years now and I can say that they are a very caring and supportive team! If you have any benefits covered from work / school, the front office ladies will always make sure that you get the max amount claimed! Adrian the main dentist here is always very detailed and thorough in his work. Over the many times that I've been here, I can see that he is very precise and diligent in his work and explanations. I find that his cleaning work is excellent and he always provides his best honest feedback based on his expertise. Thank you!

I lived in Vancouver and moved to Richmond 2 years ago. I searched google for the dentist nearby my house and compared their reviews. I found Aberdeen Dental Clinic but there is no review for this dental clinic. I like the location and phoned to find out more information. My first impression is: The receptionist Karen is so polite and patient to answer all my questions and concerns. She also expressed professional knowledge in her field. Receptionist is the first most important image on the phone especially for strangers. Based on these, I have made my first appointment with Dr. Adrian Au. The office area is quiet and clean and they have all the most updated equipment. According to my past experience, many dentist most likely is in a rush. However, Dr. Adrian Au is a nice and patient dentist. He explained everything in details for you and let you know before go ahead. I need to take x-ray. The lady handling the x-ray is polite and nice too. I am satisfied with all their service. Therefore, I have made dentist appointment for my spouse too whose feedback is 5 stars also. On Saturday; June 22, 2019, both of us have tooth cleaning with hygienist. There are 2 relief receptionist ladies. Although I don’t know their name, they are very good service too! Most of the time with tooth cleaning, you will feel excited and uncomfortable as per my past experience. However, hygienist Serathina is very professional with good service. I felt very relax and it seems someone was massaging my gum only. BOTH of me and my husband gave 5 stars review! ! ! For a dental clinic with such a good place, excellent professional service with every departments, I think I should be the first one to write a honest review.
