I had an excellent experience interacting with Eileen for a massage treatment. It was refreshing and I felt rejuvenated post the session. She is very skilled in her field and a wonderful person. She brings in years of expertise in yoga and it’s praiseworthy how she understands and values the spiritual and healing aspect of the practice.I highly recommend her.

Yoga is such a westernized term these days and most yoga places treat it as such. However, Eileen, being a westerner herself helps you understand the discipline as if a yogi himself is teaching you. Her in-depth knowledge and her humility in knowing that its a lifelong practice of learning and un-learning makes her one of the most unique yoga teachers I have ever come across. I am thankful that I found her in a time of complete disparity and she gave me hope 🙏🏼

I have done a few session of reiki with Eileen and the environment is very conducive to promote healing and deep relaxation. I was a bit apprehensive prior to my first session with her but as soon as I entered the studio I could feel her positive energy and healing vibrations. She took time to get a bit of background on my situation before our session and didn't just jump into it. Eileen offers helpful advice even when it isn't financially beneficial to her, she simply wants to help her clients and is very altruistic. I would recommend anyone that has any sort of limitations and is looking to regain optimal health to check the studio out.

Amazing Studio! Eileen is such a skilled teacher with years of personal experience both practicing yoga and teaching yoga. She has a keen eye helping those working with injuries and is kind and compassionate. I always enjoy the classes there and learn something new every time! Abbotsford is soooo lucky to have a teacher and a yoga space like this. I would recommend everyone try Abby Yoga Studio out.

I have been taking classes with Eileen since 2008 and I feel so fortunate and privileged to have Eileen for my teacher. I came to her when I was doing yoga at home through videos and in tremendous pain. I was no longer running or walking without pain and did not want to give up Yoga too. While I explained my pain she gave me a couple suggestions for my practice and observed me in her class. During my first class with her, she gave me verbal and soft physical corrections and/or props to enhance my practice and correct my posture. I felt better after my first class and after a few classes my pain went away. I now have a home practice without the aid of videos, but with the knowledge given to by my exceptional teacher. Thank you, Eileen!
