I had a very positive experience at Abby Veterinary Hospital and Emergency after my dog accidentally ate chocolate late at night when no other clinics were open. The team was professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly during a stressful situation. They handled my dog with great care and kept me informed throughout the visit. It’s very reassuring to know there is a dedicated emergency clinic available when you truly need it. I would not hesitate to return here if needed.

When I took my cat to get neutered last weekend at a different clinic everything was fine when I brought him home, until he started bleeding at almost 10pm. I drove him all the way from Chilliwack to Abby Emergency right away and they were quick to examine him. I'm not good with blood so the receptionist gave me a chocolate and a bottle of water. Dr Chinna was thorough and explained everything fully and had Gizmo all stitched up and ready to come home by 1:30 am. Since I've brought him home hes been healing so well and I'm so grateful for everyone working there for their kindness and care for my cat.

I had a great experience at Abby Veterinary Hospital & Emergency in Abbotsford when I brought my cat in for treatment. The staff were kind, professional, and very patient, and the veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly. My cat was handled with care, and I felt reassured throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate their compassion and prompt service. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

Alicia is the main reason to trust your pet in this facility with Silvia being what I hold closet to my heart and one of my cats died due to negligences of a doctor from another vet establishment I was very reluctant to go to any place. Because of Alicia’s personality it made it easy to trust the facility and make her the main point of contact with questions I had about procedures and questions. She displayed strong levels of communication and compassion, generosity when I myself was sick. empathetic both to me and my cat. Her high work ethic and kind demeanour made it very easy to see she has a lot of integrity. It’s quite clear she does it out of love and not for a paycheck and certain jobs shouldn’t be done just for numbers.Employ more people like her cause that’s the heart to any business and a reason to return,the other staff were nice too the first two I met on day one but one stood out the most.

I’m very thankful to Abby Vet Emerg for their kind and professional care of my puppy two nights ago. They were respectful and compassionate. I did have to wait a bit longer due to them dealing with an emergency surgery but they let me know and also gave me a discount on the consult fee. The only thing which was difficult was hearing my pup cry in the back during the wait time; would have been less stressful to just be in a room with her. Other than that I was very happy with their service and the counter staff was very friendly. They called me the next day to check on how my pup was doing. I would definitely use their clinic again!
