I had a really positive experience at this physiotherapy clinic. Tania was amazing—she took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assess my condition, and clearly explain the treatment plan. She made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. The sessions were effective, and I noticed a real improvement in my pain and mobility. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I went in not being able to lift my left arm above my shoulder. After a short assessment to confirm his suspicions, Sandeep informed me that I had bicep tendinitis. He explained the cause and outlined the treatment path as well as recovery time. I am now 8 weeks into my treatment and I have full use of my arm again, albeit on light duty. The treatment was a combination of laser therapy, ultrasound and needling which I found very effective and seeing results almost instantly. Sandeep is not a typical therapist, he is tactfully honest and genuinely cares about his patients. He does not over treat and has an intrinsic expectation that one’s homework must be done as it is key to a swift recovery. Sandeep and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoy visiting as it helps my shoulder and is a great atmosphere for healing.

I recently experienced severe knee pain and needed urgent relief as I was leaving for a trip to Europe in less than 2 weeks. I called Abbotsford Physio and Massage and they took me in the same day. I received intensive treatment over 5 visits and experienced almost immediately relief. I no longer have any pain and am confident about going on my trip. The staff is very friendly and professional and do a good job explaining the treatments and how they will help.
