I like every single minute of this place while i was there also for the whiteboard. And mehreen is writing this review to this dentist 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 -mehreen virk age: 10 !! I am reviewing from my dads phone because i am still a kid and i do not yet have a phone!! -dentist did help very very very very great😝😝 my braces colour will be baby pink (excited for this in future)

One of my two kids went through the program with great success, but the younger one has apparently outgrown the treatment just months after his braces were removed. He's now 16. Parents should know there's about a 50% chance that jaw growth will continue and the teeth won't stay in place long-term. We do have a health plan that covers some orthodontics, but it only subsidizes one treatment. There's also a satisfaction guarantee program for $200/month that would likely take 18 months (assuming this doesn't drag on like the first one did). In the original treatment, they left space for a future implant. When my son gets older, he'll need one—but they didn't leave enough space, so bracesare necessary regardless of his bite. Had I known this wasn't truly a one-and-done treatment (or that multiple rounds might be needed), I would have waited. Dr. Felty is friendly, and the staff is great, but for me, the most important factors were the overall cost and avoiding repeat treatments. The fact that the implant space wasn't measured adequately is a big deal—it means the planning wasn't precise enough. Personally, I wish we were advised to wait and that if we didn't we might need to do it all over again.

Current patient. Their new modern digitized/personalized bracket system has been very unsuccessful for my child. Has lost a couple brackets every month!!!! Other child at a local ortho and the traditional brackets and fixing (adhesive) system & she has had no lost brackets. This constant loss of brackets is costing me time and money-taking time off work, and school to get on. I am very disappointed. Have spoken to the ortho (and technicians) a few times during replacements and then turbos were placed after they realized the bite was contributing to failure. Back again for another one. I asked re: other style bracket available? Nope.

We've been coming here for a few years now and they have been WONDERFUL with my son. Dannielle in particular is one of the most lovely assistants, and Dr Felty is top notch! Also shout out to Haylee (Kaylee?) at front desk- what a wonderful crew you have working there!
