I had taken my truck here for the fluids in my transmission and transfer case and they over filled my transmission that caused damage to it and never tightened the fill plug in the transfer case I will not be going back again

Glad I came here!! I thought my truck transmission was going so I went in and once I got there, the guy's quickly put aside their work to quickly give us (out of province) motorists a diagnosis. The tech quickly came back and said "I am sure it's not your transmission, but I think it's maybe your turbo...". He stated he wasn't an expert on this but sent us to another shop who may be able to help us. And I said "what do we owe you for your time and quick code read?" He said, "nothing, we're good". They could have made us pay or worse, told us we needed work that we did not. It's really great to know honesty is still around. Although they did not do any "work" on our truck, they should be commended for their value of being a nice person. Thanks all at AAction Transmission!!!
