I have been seeing John for five years. Recently I started getting charged a “long nail fee” (my last two appointments). The first time it happened I didn’t say anything, John had done my solid colour gel fill (no repairs) and Sammy rang me through the till. My total was $68.25 (not including tip). I asked how much a fill was, she said $60 (total would be $63.00 if that were the case) I was confused but paid and tipped regardless. I was back in a week or so later and asked Lina about it when I was getting my pedicure done. I explained I had no repairs and that it was just a solid colour. She said there was a long nail fee… this was news to me. She discounted my pedicure $5 to make up for the mishap as I was apparently overcharged as I had thought. I went back on Friday for my appointment and again, my total was $68.25. I asked what exactly I was being charged for. This time I did require repairs ($5.00) and again that “long nail” fee was mentioned ($5.00 again). I was, and still am, pretty shocked by this additional charge. I mentioned when booking online it shows a gel fill as $55.00, which is what I have always paid for solid colour. There is an extra fee for French, or designs which makes perfect sense but this… this is new. I have never deviated in those five years, I have always come for my fills. I have sat for 20-30 minutes even though I’ve had an appointment booked for a week in advance. At most I may ask someone get started while I’m waiting. I have never complained. I’m hoping the next time I’m in they have a length chart posted so I can fully understand this additional fee. If it was a simple case of price increases I would have completely understood but- I also would have thought, given the history and loyalty; that it would have been mentioned. Edit to add: I do understand these are not “short” but “long” feels like a stretch.

costumer service was not great. i had a women doing my nails but i just asked for a simple acrylic nail set with a solid colour. she took over an hour and a half. and she had another guy step in and do it which I thought was weird. i did not end up tipping at all and I’m not coming back.

Absolutely amazing service every time. Ryan, John as well as all the other staff do an outstanding job. I’ve gotten both manicures and pedicures and always leave more than happy with the results. I will always continue to come to this location!

Lina did an absolutely amazing job I’m very happy with the nails she did. Staff were great and knowledgable. Place is cheaper compared with other nail salons I’ve been to. Would recommend this place.
