I find A & S to be a wonderful company to deal with. They have resolved a problem with my garage gas heater with a new thermostat, and found and fixed the leak in my toilet. They do their utmost best to come as soon as possible. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or gas issues you might have. ((and it seems I never pushed post)). That was months ago. This time they came and installed a dishwasher when someone had time. I'm very grateful to be a customer because I have discovered that this company has done such a good job through the years, for everyone, in every aspect of business, that they are now doing new installs almost exclusively. If you have need of ANY HVAC services you won't find better people to do business with.

Called them to repair the $2,500 hot water heater they sold us and installed. Spoke to their service manager who indicated he would touch base with his crew and get back to me. No return phone call or any follow up. Been without hot water since the weekend and no follow up.
