I have been a customer at A & S for over a year now and have recommended them to many of my family members. However, their service and work quality has declined increasingly and have increased their prices. Often I find smudge marks on windows or windows that weren’t cleaned at all. Also, the last few times I have tried to come I have called ahead and been assured they have time to clean my car and then when I arrive within 5-10 minutes and suddenly they say it is a 3 hour wait. Complete waste of time and will not be returning anymore.

There was many more things but they cleaned when i tell them. They are totally not worth. The main guy is very unprofessional when i said my car is not properly cleaned why i should pay 63$ make it less he said u have to pay he was too rude and zero sense of business. Totally bullshit. Cleaners are more professional then the owner…. 0 star ******

Absolutely disappointed. I took my car in for a hand wash, expecting care and attention to detail. Instead, they damaged the paint on my car. I called to report it, and they asked me to come back so they could check. After taking the time to return, they told me there was nothing they could do and refused to take any responsibility. To make things worse, they didn’t even clean the car properly. I don’t think the staff are well-trained especially when it comes to using the pressure washer, which likely caused the damage in the first place. Now I’m left with a repair that’s going to cost a lot of money. No apology, no accountability, just a complete lack of professionalism. I would never go back here again and do not recommend this place if you care about your vehicle..

Had my car detailed inside and out @ A&S. Baby shone like a new penny afterwards. There were no issues immediately after, & I was quite pleased. However, a couple of issues appeared. Firstly, the dash and windshield showed where the cleaner was applied but not buffed. You could clearly see where the fluid had been applied and left to accumulate at the base of the speedometer and inner windshield. But the most aggravating was the wax overlap that was buffed onto the plastic trim. When the trim shine wore off, the trim had more wax on it than not. Took more elbow grease to remove than I am capable of. Very sloppy work that wasn't apparent for a couple months after applying, but makes the car look worse than before the work was done.
