Left an email about my leak and draining issues at a rental unit. Got a call from Tom who said he would be able to stop by and have a quick look the next morning. Told him I was just getting quotes at the time but he said it would be no problem to just look and then he could quote me. He spent about half an hour there and just jumped right in to fixing before acknowledging pricing. Fixed the leak and helped the draining of the toilet, but still not resolved. Charged me 170 bucks. Thankful for his help and prompt service As well as him sharing knowledge. I guess I should have known better. Would have preferred him to be upfront and let me know about service fees or anything.

Had a little communication problem at the beginning but Tom was very professional and polite. My tub drain was not a standard size so he ran off and got a new drain that was better then I expected. He installed it and cleaned up afterwards. Also the service was done for a reasonable price. I will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

I have used Tom at A-1 Rooter Plumbing for many years and he is very reliable and quick to respond to service calls! Through challenging situations he has always helped me, been very polite and pleasant, and always answered my calls ready to take on my job regardless of how small it is. Thanks for the great service Tom over the years and you will hear from me again!

Not recommended. -Unreasonable price for the amount of work, didn't do their job/the repair properly, talked back to their customer Asked for a "repair" on a Tuesday.. Paid a unreasonable price but we thought okay, as long as our hot water tank is working. It only worked til Saturday night. I called them back on Sunday morning. The same guy who repaired it on Tuesday showed up. Apparently, our water tank was off. He talked like we did it on purpose (who would turn off their hot water tank in the middle of the winter season?) and said he knew he fixed it already. Then Monday night, our hot water tank stopped working again.

I had A-1 Rooter Plumbing & Heating Ltd come out to my house to do a routine service on my hot water tank and furnace. The technician who attended was Chris. He was polite, punctual and straightforward throughout. I will use A-1 Rooter Plumbing & Heating Ltd again in the future for heating or plumbing needs. Great Job Tom .
