Came for a gel mani & pedi, I requested Tammy (the owner) as I heard from other friends that she was really good. I had two other techs do my nails, they were alright. The one doing the manicure didn’t know how to do ombré very well so Tammy did eventually come over to me and did it herself - and she was very fast and experienced. I wish that I could’ve had her for my service! The salon also isn’t the cleanest, but the prices were reasonable (I ended up paying $90 for both with the ombré).

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. I got a manicure, pedicure, and gel polish, and everything was done perfectly. The staff were professional, detail-oriented, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon was very clean, relaxing, and well organized. My nails look flawless and the gel polish has great quality and shine. You can really tell they care about hygiene and precision. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high-quality nail services and great customer care.

Love this nail salon very talented nail techs, very friendly. I see Tammy the owner never disappointed. Brought in picture of a design I wanted and it turned out perfect.

I went to 5 Petals on recommendations and booked online specifically asking for Tammy for a Mani and Pedi. I could have chosen anyone but now my booking clearly shows Tammy. Once I arrived I again asked for Tammy but someone else came to start my pedi. I asked if she was Tammy she said no. They switched me to a different tech without even asking or letting me know. I said I specifically asked for Tammy. Tammy came over and I said you came recommended that’s why I booked with you. She said yes but some customers say they want me but don’t mind anyone. What is the purpose of choosing a tech? As she had already booked another customer who was arriving in 10 mins she could only do one of my services. How rushed would that be? She knew I had booked with her as she checked my booking but still went ahead and booked someone else. She thought I would not mind having someone else complete my services even though I booked with Tammy. I told her I even called to adjust my time and also confirmed I booked with Tammy. She said “I thought you were asking what my name was”. Really? Just checked again on their website and they have a choice of techs or any professional. I’m sorry if I choose someone how does that mean I don’t mind who completes my service. The purpose of wanting a choice is just that you want that person. Please see the picture of my confirmation of booking both my services with Tammy. She said she could only do one. Total garbage. Tammy being the owner needs to step up her game and really polish her customer service skills. Also not one of the staff knew how to smile. Even when I had called they were not friendly. I did not feel welcome and left. Horrible horrible customer service!

Had such a great experience here! The staff were super friendly and took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted — clean, neat, and really well done. The place is clean and relaxing too. Definitely coming back!

Everyone that works there is friendly. It’s super clean and looks great inside. I’ve gotten both manicure and pedicures here and they always do a great job. It’s a bit expensive but probably on par with other places. I book online and the system is very user friendly.
