I previously was going to LV nails. The owner commented on my weight. I was horrified!! So I tried this salon after a big wait. The owner was wonderful and put me at ease. The pedicure was great. I would recommend it to anyone whom wants to relax and feel good.

I typically do my own nails but wanted to treat myself before vacation. Horrible mistake! My pedicure looks fantastic but my manicure done by someone else (I believe the owner) looks terrible.. I almost cried. Polish stuck to my fingers and over my cuticles. Underneaths full of filing dust. Tops of nails rough and some bubbled by own polishing. Nails roughly filed and uneven shapes. The list goes on.. I will not be back.

This place is a joke. I simply asked to get my gel nails removed and the lady sanded my nails down almost to my skin. She did not remove them properly using acetone, instead just kept grinding away at my nails which are now rough, weak and brittle. She was so rough with the sander and kept hitting my skin which was painful. She then had the audacity to charge me $15 for this botched removal. I will never go back. Not sure what I was thinking going to this place. Didn’t think you could botch a simple nail removal. I will forever go to Ladner Nails. They have the best service and are super friendly.

This was my first time entering this salon. Upon entry we were greeted right away. I had a client with me and was given assistance with my client getting into the pedicure chair. I was extremely happy with their service. Most importantly this is the cleanest salon I have ever walked into. There wasn’t dust everywhere or hair or stinky chemical smells. It was perfect. Great time, very relaxing, we will be going again.
