If you want diligent deep tissue massage, go see Curtis. He gives very specific attention to the muscles that are tense and in need of loosening up. Curtis is strong and able to sustain long periods of direct pressure without fatigue. I could tell that he was working hard to break up my chronic knots that have been plaguing me for decades, yet he persisted in going deeper than most RMTs have ever done. He's a definite must if you want serious rehabilitation from chronic conditions.

I was referred to Dr. Christopher by two friends who both had great success. This was my first acupuncture experience and it exceeded my expectations. I had been dealing with a knee injury that wasn’t healing quickly. After two sessions a week for a few weeks, my pain has reduced to almost nothing and I'm able to live life as normal. The services were covered under my benefits and all paperwork was taken care of for me. The office is beautiful and the staff 4 Elements are wonderful, especially Dr. Christopher. He is knowledgeable, kind and helpful, and I’m so grateful for his help.

I had an amazing experience with Kelly the owner and operator of the clinic. The raindrop massage is unique as it combined essential oils with gentle energy work and therapeutic massage. This was a perfect blend to help me drop into a deep relaxing state. I felt so relaxed the rest of the day, smelt so good from the oils and woke up with so much energy. Beyond the amazing session, I loved how Kelly shared her wisdom and business tips so openly, supporting my along my journey as a new business owner finding my way. I highly checking out this clinic as there are many services such as physiotherapy, acupuncture, couples and children's massage. In fact, I booked my 10 and 12 year old boys in for a massage that is in the same room and will be worked on at the same time. What a great experience for them to share :)

Me and my husband first time took a massage at this place and it was pretty awesome! Generally appointments are pre-booked. Place is spacious and clean. Washroom is clean and big. Outside parking spots available. Massage therapist is pretty talkative and good at her work, but I wish she should have ask once me about the pressure during massage but that’s okey next time will keep this point in mind🙂 My husband had great experience. Receptionist welcoming and helpful. Location is very easy to find out. Overall good experience👍🏻
