One of my goals is consistent cardio after work (no more excuses), so I decided to try 30 Min Hit. I signed up the same day as my free trial! The space is comfortable and clean. I enjoy the flexibility and ease to start the class when I want. The trainers are approachable, motivating and provide tips on proper form at each station. I leave feeling fulfilled after each class šŸ’ŖšŸ½

I needed to start exercising and get some movement into my daily routine. Even though I had access to two free gyms, I just couldn’t get myself to go. So at the end of August, I decided to try a trial session at 30 Minute Hit — and I signed up the same day. My only regret is not starting sooner. The flexibility to show up for a 30-minute session anytime the gym is open makes it easy to fit into my schedule. There’s always a trainer making the rounds, checking your form, and offering tips to help you progress to the next level. Since I joined, April has been on duty about 80% of the time I’ve been there, and I love having her encouragement and support. She brings great energy and really helps push you to do your best. Thanks for the great workouts and sweat sessions! P.S. I’d love the option to workout on Tuesday or Thursday mornings—maybe someday?

I’ve been going to the 30-Minute HIIT Gym for about a month now, and I’m really enjoying it! The setup is super convenient — there are no scheduled class times, so you can just show up whenever works for you, sign in, and jump right into the 30-minute circuit. Each station is two minutes long, and before you know it, you’ve had a full workout! The trainer is super friendly and always around to give helpful tips and encouragement. I also like that there are different membership options, so I was able to choose one that fits my schedule perfectly. My daughter has dance classes nearby that last about 45 minutes, so this workout is the perfect way to make good use of that time. It’s quick, efficient, and a great way to get moving while I wait! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flexible, no-excuses workout routine! šŸ’Ŗ

As a newbie with little workout experience, I was nervous about the vibe and intensity, but joining 30 Minute Hit Burnaby turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Even though I couldn’t start my free trial until 4 months after showing interest, the team never gave up on me, big thanks to Teri for patiently rescheduling and to April for guiding me through my very first session. I quickly realized there was nothing to worry about: you have the space to focus on yourself while still getting support when needed. Every workout leaves me more confident and stress-relieved, and the variety of trainers on different days also brings different energy, unique styles, and helpful advice that keep me motivated and getting better every time. The atmosphere is friendly, encouraging, and truly a ā€œwomen supporting womenā€ community. You can always go at your own pace, fit workouts into your schedule, and the convenient location makes it easy to stick with. I’m sincerely grateful to every trainer for making the experience so positive. Highly recommend to anyone considering joining!

I felt so comfortable, April helped me a lot. I am very busy, working in sales, my schedule is all over the place. All other ā€˜class’ gyms never lined up with my availability. At Burnaby hit you set your own time and get it done. It’s so quick but challenging enough to build a sweat! I was nervous at first but all the coaches are so friendly and motivating. I also love that it’s women only, so you can just show up as you are no judgement, all support. I did one free trial and signed up that day!
