I never enjoyed exercising in any form until I tried 30 min hit! I never knew what exercises to do at the gym or how to not hurt myself, so the boxing circuit they have set up is perfect for me. I feel like I get a full body workout every time and the trainers are always there, super encouraging, and give me tips on how to improve my form or strength. I'm so glad I gave them a chance! Thank you!!

The team here at Richmond Hit are amazing! From the owners to the trainers, everyone is so supportive and the push I get from them is amazing— Thank you! It has truly made my fitness journey so much more enjoyable and I’m seeing the benefits of doing the work. Ashley was so lovely to work with! She has great energy and explained everything so well to me during my first trial. The space is also well organized and super clean too! Highly recommend for a super efficient workout and self defense too 💪

Wish I could use 4.5 stars here. What I like about 30 Minute Hit is the fact that there are no set class times and I can drop in within the gym’s availability and my own schedule. The trainers and other Hitters are big on positivity, enthusiasm and high energy. Great place to workout judgment-free! What’s also nice is that the trainers are flexible when we’re doing our workouts if we are dealing with injuries or other kind of issues like not having been to the gym in a while and want to take things a little easy. Just make sure to stretch out before and afterwards to prevent muscle strain! Members can participate in contests that change monthly for free products as well. There’s even an online program with lots of videos if members can’t come to the gym in person which can also be tracked. One downside is having to work around the gym’s lunchtime, when it’s closed for that portion of the day. I find it can be a little off-putting at times when I’m in the mood for a workout, but it’s not too bad of a schedule otherwise. That, and on weekends, it’s closed on Sundays and only open Saturday mornings, so wanting to workout in person during this time is limited. Ladies who are looking to get fit and for a female-only gym that’s filled with positivity, enthusiasm and flexible hours, this may be the gym for you!

This workout is an absolute GAME CHANGER!🤩🤩 I took my free trial in May 2024 and have been hooked ever since. This past year has been transformative for me. Staying consistent has never felt so rewarding! I used to struggle with anger issues, but since consistently doing this workout, I feel like a completely different, more wholesome person. The community here is incredibly supportive and welcoming. Everyone is friendly, and even the initially intimidating few turned out to be some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve been weightlifting for about four years now and love it. I’ll never give it up. However, the results I’ve always wanted in my four years of weightlifting came with a month of consistent 30minute hit workouts. I highly recommend that every woman tries this workout at least once! You feel absolutely unstoppable- but I can only say so much. Try it yourself and I guarantee you’ll understand what I mean☺️
