I had my wisdom teeth and molar extracted today and I’m impressed with the care I received. Patient wellness truly their top priority. The professionalism of Dr. Jackson together with her skilled assistants—Jen, Karen and Sophie also the receptionists (Ann and Jazz) was outstanding. Everything was detailed and organized —from discussing my treatment plan, pros and cons of my case up to the extraction itself and post-op precautions thus really shows teamwork, compassion and dedication to patient care.

Took my son on Saturday as an emergency case. He had previous dental surgery done in Saskatoon earlier that week and was in alot of pain. We got right in and the staff was amazing. Super friendly, professional and kind. Dr Jafri was so nice and SUPER knowledgeable!! Fixed him up in no time. Thanks so much!! Greatly appreciated!! We will be back!!’

This was my very first root canal experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. Dr. James Nguyen was extremely kind and professional. He explained the entire procedure very clearly, using words that were easy to understand, which really helped ease my anxiety. He performed the treatment smoothly and carefully, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. His assistant was also very friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure I was at ease during the procedure. The receptionist was welcoming and professional as well. Although there was a bit of confusion on our end regarding the insurance, she handled the situation calmly and professionally. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care and professionalism of the entire team.

This was my first appointment and would give them 10 stars if I could. The receptionist that I spoke to on the phone was accommodating and friendly. The office staff were lovely to deal with and helpful with information for the Canadian Dental Plan. Dr. Jackson did my work and was a pleasure to deal with. He was patient with my questions and aware to make sure that I was comfortable at all times. I know most people don’t like going to the dentist but this practice will change your mind.

I recently had dental treatment at 2nd Avenue Dental Clinic in Prince Albert, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Michael Wu is an amazing dentist — very professional, gentle, and patient. He explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and care. The entire team at the clinic is wonderful as well — friendly, welcoming, and highly organized. From the reception to the dental assistants, everyone was kind and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and 2nd Avenue Dental Clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a positive experience. Thank you to the whole team for your great work!
