WARNING: Read this before you sign anything or hire a Personal Trainer here! When you join, management (Osciel and Milos) forces you to sign your contract on a tiny credit card PIN-pad. You cannot read a single word of the agreement. Why? Because they are hiding a terrifying 'Release of Liability' clause. You are unknowingly signing away your rights to hold them accountable for ANY injuries or even DEATH caused by THEIR OWN negligence. Think about that: Why would you ever pay for personal training here? If a trainer injures you due to incompetence, the club holds zero legal responsibility. To make matters completely illegal, they refuse to give you a copy of this contract to read after you sign it (violating BC consumer laws). Add to this the fact that they recently banned physical access cards, forcing you to use a buggy app that constantly locks people out of the gym at night (when there is zero staff to help you). And all those 5-star reviews? They literally bribe new members by waiving the $60 equipment fee if you post a good review. Incredibly deceptive, unsafe, and unethical. Stay far away.

Castle Fitness in South Surrey is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The facility is clean, modern, and actually well thought out — from the equipment layout to the recovery areas. It doesn’t feel overcrowded or chaotic like most gyms, which makes a huge difference if you’re serious about training. The sauna alone is a massive bonus. Perfect for recovery, stress relief, and just decompressing after a hard workout. You can tell they care about the full fitness experience, not just lifting weights. The personal training here is next level. The trainers actually know what they’re doing — no cookie-cutter workouts. They take the time to understand your goals and build a realistic plan that works. Pair that with a proper nutrition plan, and it genuinely feels like a complete system, not just a gym membership. If you’re looking for a South Surrey gym that offers strength training, conditioning, recovery, coaching, and accountability all in one place — Castle Fitness delivers. Great energy, professional staff, and a community that actually motivates you to show up and put in the work. Highly recommend if you want real results without the BS. 💪🔥

They recently installed horribly strong air fresheners and I have not been able to even use the facilities without a systemic reaction. They refuse to allow me to cancel my membership even after providing formal support of my medical needs from my family doctor. This is a greedy embaressment of an establishment that as a fitness facility should support people's health, not try to gaslight it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently rejoined Sandcastle 24-Hour Fitness Club and I’m really glad I did. The facility has had some great upgrades since 2021 — new equipment, refreshed spaces, and overall a nice facelift. The membership pricing has also stayed very reasonable compared to other gyms with fewer amenities, which I really appreciate. What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service. Peter at the front desk was absolutely fantastic — extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through all the membership options and answered my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. His professionalism and friendly attitude genuinely made the difference and convinced me to sign up again. Great atmosphere, a nice mix of longtime and new members, and excellent front-desk service. Very happy to be back!

Did a 3 day try out with Sandcastle Fitness and loved that I didn’t have to wait to use the equipment. Grateful to have an all Ladies section to use which is something I was looking for. Enjoyed the pilates class I did as well. When I walked in, Liam who was at the front desk greeted me with so much enthusiasm and made me feel welcomed. As other clients arrived, I was very impressed with how Liam greeted each one by name. I am excited to begin my fitness journey here.
