TLDR: Good gym, usually not that busy, machines could be upgraded Generally, Lionheart is a great gym that I recommend to anyone in the area. Lets start with the good. The machines give you basically anything you could want to do. There are three squat racks and one bench press, which I have never had to wait for. I'm usually there between 7-10:30. The members and staff are friendly, and the place is generally clean with people wiping their machines. It is rarely busy when I go, and I never really have to wait for a machine. On to the not-so-good. It is hot inside. They have a new AC system, but I have never been there when it is on. At least, it feels like that. There should be more fans as the general machine areas have only 3 fans (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs) and none near the entrance where the leg machines are. The upstairs part is seriously insufferable with the heat, and although it may be disgusting, I have to take an extra towel to wipe sweat off whenever I have a leg day. The seriously bad happened today, but the place is generally a very good gym. I was there from 6-8 pm, today (Sunday) when they apparently had some electricians there with no gym staff overseeing them. One of the guys got stuck outside because the door is always locked, and you need a fob to open it. So, as I'm doing my squats, I see this random guy just peering into the gym doing the thing where you put your hand up to the windows to cover the glare. I was ignoring him, but then I decided to go and see if this guy's fob wasn't working. He told me that he was an electrician who came to work on the gym. How BS of an excuse does that sound like? There is no gym staff there; you would think that he was trying to get into the gym for free. Luckily, another guy at the gym noticed that maybe there was someone in the back working. It turns out he was with him. So, everything ended up being okay. Nonetheless, I did not feel safe with this situation at all. This guy had no identifying details, like a company name on his shirt or one on the van they were using. They literally had just a black van in the parking lot. And the guy who figured out that there was someone in the back was on his way out. It was just me and these two random guys in the gym. That felt seriously unsafe because even though it turns out they were electricians (I hope), I had a bad interaction with him, and I was alone. Imagine if I were a girl. Seriously, not a situation the gym should've put anyone in. I felt like I had to look over my shoulder the entire time I was doing my workout, and I almost left the gym early because of it. Talk about not being able to put full intensity into your workout. I should not feel unsafe at the gym for a seriously avoidable situation. Give the guys a fob, or better yet, be there when they are there. Why do you not have them come during the day when there is staff who know about them being there for work? Although I go at night all the time, I seriously don't know how safe I will feel going to the gym at night when random people can just be there doing things in the back. If I were a girl, I would seriously second-guess going at night, which is a huge plus of the gym. In sum, I really like the gym, and although it has some cooling issues, I like to work out there. However, the safety issue today was a huge oversight, which warrants a low rating and should be taken into account if you are female.

I've been attending Lionheart for a little over a year and a half and am super happy with my experience. It is super well equipped with everything you would need to get a good workout in. My only complaints are that it can be a little crammed during peak hours, and some of the equipment is a little old. But other than that it is solid, the staff is nice/helpful and the community at the gym is great.

went to this gym for 6 months. staff is so nice, and kind. it’s a pretty hidden gym so it’s NEVER busy which i loved. only giving 2 stars because the machines they have are a bit outdated and some are just old compared to other gyms for the same price. they also don’t have a strong AC and have only fans for both floors ( basically warm air running) which sucks for working out specially in the summer. i’d feel like i was about to faint constantly lol. i wish i could give them better rating cause i did enjoy going there but the ac and machines were a big problem for me at least. if you don’t mind being hot while working out and aren’t looking for fancy/newer machines then i’d absolutely recommend.

Great 24 hour gym. Ownership is friendly and approachable, and they have been busy renovating and improving the space. It is clean and well lit with all the equipment you need to workout at a reasonable price. Lionheart Fitness is a much better option than chain gyms.

This 24 HR gym concept is fantastic and works well with my ever changing schedule. The gym has a very open concept to it as the front doors lift up, giving it that outdoor indoor feel. The upstairs mezzanine is a great place to do some stretching and aerobic activity. Last but not least and probably most importantly, the gym has a true community feel to it.
