Amateurs and will rip you off. Charged me for diagnosis twice without actually diagnosing anything. First he charged me $170 just to plug an OBD reader and tell me it's a misfire (didn't bother to check the sparks or the coils), he then towed the car to the shop for "further diagnosing", he did a compression test and charged me another $170 plus $160 for the towing and when I asked where was the issue he didn't give me an answer and said he will have to tear down the engine. Any professional mechanic will do a leak down test to tell where the pressure was escaping.

Always great service with this company. The team are awesome, easy to deal with, we have never felt that we were ever taken advantage of with any service required with our vehicles. Would highly recommend this company for any service to your vehicles.

I absolutely loved the efficiency and support that the staff gave me. I was really stressed about getting my battery replaced but walking into 24/7 Mobile Auto Service, I was met with big smiles and such a welcoming atmosphere. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes and they gave me the reassurance I needed to feel safe driving my vehicle. They where able to give me a quote on the phone and where incredibly flexible with when I can bring my car in. 100% would recommend and definitely will be coming back next time!

NEVER GO HERE! Place seemed ok, got my water pump changed then they didnt have coolant for it so I had to go pick it up from Canadian tire. told me to come back in an hour and charged me an hour labour to put the coolant in. Oh ya and didn’t call the warranty company and made me pay for it before they gave me the keys. Still trying to get money back but they didn’t seem to care. Quoted $1400 cost me $1650 and I supplied the fluids…. Something isn’t adding up

We were traveling from Vancouver to Kelowna when our car broke down. Other places wouldn't answer our calls or said they were fully booked and couldn't help us, but this place immediately called a tow truck for us and fixed our car in a very short time for a reasonable price. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy a great trip to Kelowna. Thank you.
