. Be extremely cautious before giving this gym any money or signing any agreement. The owner appears trustworthy at first, and I was patient, assuming delays were temporary.Instead, empty promises made, money was taken and financial issues were avoided and ignored for months. After reading other reviews, it became clear this is a repeated pattern and not an isolated case. In my opinion, these actions are deceptive and scam-like, and someone operating this way should not be allowed to run a gym or any business that handle people’s money. This guy is a scammer not a business man. And is a coward when confronted about the issues. Please be careful to commiting to contracts or anything that requires reliability and honesty. Especially with your payment information. I would trust a random website with my credit information than this person.

The gym owner is not a well behaved guy.I told him to cancel my membership 6 months ago because I moved to Vancouver Island .He told me to that send a friend to give the keys back I sent one of friend thier and he refused to take the keys and said him to that I need to be their to cancel the membership. He is charging me again and again . I don't recommend this gym and if he doesn't cancel my membership I will take an action according to law.

24/7 is hands down the best gym I’ve been to. Cliff, the owner, is always welcoming and up for a friendly chat, which adds to the gym’s great atmosphere. The variety and quality of the equipment are top-notch, catering to all types of training styles. It’s never overcrowded either—in my two years here. The busiest I’ve seen is around 8 people at once, which clears out within half an hour. If you’re looking for a well-equipped, comfortable, and welcoming gym, this is the place to be.

I also cancelled my membership 3 months ago but they are still deducting my money bank is also doing nothing about this issue. I don’t know what to do.
